About the Role
As Lead Data Scientist, you'll build the models and analytics pipelines behind Kosmic Eye and our client-facing insights products, working onsite with a close-knit product and engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of data models and analytics pipelines for platform products.
- Partner with product and engineering to define metrics that drive real decisions.
- Mentor data scientists and analysts, and set standards for experimentation and evaluation.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data science, applied ML, or analytics engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python/SQL and modern ML/analytics tooling.
- Experience building production-grade data pipelines, not just notebooks.
- Ability to communicate technical results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
