About the Role
As UX Design Lead, you'll shape how complex technical products — from platform dashboards to public-facing government portals — feel for the people who use them every day. You'll own design direction end-to-end, from research to final UI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for internal platforms and client-facing products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system used across products.
- Partner closely with engineering and product to ship polished, accessible experiences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience, including design leadership.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process for complex, data-heavy products.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern design systems tooling.
- Experience designing for accessibility and compliance-sensitive environments a plus.
